We are building Matador because we have a passion for travel and know what other Passionate Travelers want and need, but cannot yet find on the Internet.

But we offer a unique combination of tools and information for authentic connection with the world around us. By focusing on cultural immersion and positive global development we are creating a community on a mission. Most travel sites are created by web developers and travel consolidators using technology to push existing inventory. We are using powerful tools and technology, authentic experience, shared values and the power of affinity to pull passionate travelers into the fully featured Matador community.
