Hey man, Sorry for the delayed reply; i'm on here pretty infrequently. Anyway, the Yellowstone area is loaded with good spots to explore. Depending on what you're looking for: kayaking downstream of the park near the town of Gardiner on the Y-stone river provides good playboating; there is fantastic backpacking/day hiking all over the park - check out the Black Canyon of the Yellowstone for a great 2-3 day, all downhill backpacking trip through one of the most stellar canyons in the country; and the Tetons to the south of the park is an incredible mountaineering playground. You should definitely not miss the Tetons if you have never seen them and are spending the summer in Yellowstone. Have fun!

I agree with the got to get going, we all need to get the ball rolling whether it be a hiking trip here, or a stroll through sugar cane fields in Colombia... and I don't think you ever grow too old, just wiser and perhaps the ability to hold an even deeper appreciation.

Alright. The computer is back in action and I finally have some time to sit down and knock this blog out. It has been a little over a month since the last entry (I know I have been really slacking) and a lot has happened between then and now. So whats been going on in my life? Well, to sum it up...

I have seen almost every part of Panama at this point of my trip but what could you really expect in a country the size of South Carolina. I can tell you probably every place you would want to visit from Ancon to Veraguas and yet I am constantly surprised by the small niches and towns of Panama...
