Summer skiing in India? You bet. Manali, in India's northwestern state of Himachal Pradesh, is well-known for trekking, rafting, mountaineering, mountain biking and rock climbing. Less known are its ski slopes that are covered in Himalayan powder year-round. Manali's a party town, so there's plenty to do when you come down from the slopes.
