Favorite places I've been: Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Amsterdam, London
Places I want to go to: Australia, New Zealand, southeast Asia
About me: I grew up in good ol´ Bellbrook, Ohio. When I was still there we had only one stoplight in town. Now I think there are 5. Times they are a changing.
After a lovely 4 year stint at The Ohio State University, I ventured out into the world with two degrees and an intense love of my bicycle.
While traveling in South America, it is my goal to figure out if I really do want to work in the International Development field. Is it all a bunch of crap designed to make countries poorer (see ¨Confessions of an Economic Hitman¨)? Or are there actually good people out there working to make a difference? So far, I´m thinking it is a combination of the two and hopefully my future career will not be in vain.
When I get back to the States, I want to start racing again and take a trip across the country. And probably go to grad school. I´m a sucker for degrees.
