Hello, my name is Tamia... and I'm a travel addict. I have been traveling for the last 10 months. Just one year more and I'll quit... really... OK. Who am I kidding? I'll stop for a while then go on another bender. I suppose that doesn't really make me unique. How about this? I was born in Japan because my mother rubbed the belly of a monk dressed as a pregnant woman. I was blessed in a Shinto shrine, baptized in a Catholic church and married in a Shia mosque. I have worked as a musician, graphic designer, writer, English teacher and seamstress and lived in Japan; Seattle, WA; Carlisle, MA; Prague, Czech Republic; the Jewish Autonomous Region, Russia; Istanbul, Turkey; and San Diego, CA.
