About me: I once stumbled upon a festival in the hills of Nicaragua. Some locals saw me walking around and asked me if I could sing. I told them, "Not really, but I can play the guitar." Next thing I knew, I was the second-to-last act, performing in front of 250 Nicaraguans. My guitar was so out of tune it made my version of "La Bamba" in broken Spanish sound like a train screeching to a halt. Apparently, the musician that played right after me was a famous Mexican singer. I wonder what she thought of my act?
