What I love most about Key West is its ability to appeal to everyone on some level. Having grown up on the island, I will always remember KW through a child's eyes. Maybe that's why I have such a fascination with the city. There are near endless opportunities to learn about and appreciate Key West simply through daily life. About me:

I graduated from college in 2006 with an International Business degree. I'm working to break into publishing, and within the next 5 years begin a Master's program in Journalism or Business...or pretty much where the wind takes me.
I grew up all over the US, but I spent my most formative years in Key West. I know: tough life.
Right now I'm just beginning to put some real heart behind my writing, and I'd love to hear whatever feedback/ advice is out there.

Under the Grape

The actual name of a fun wine bar in uptown Charlotte, NC. This is the place to go when you want to unwind, but still be out and having a good time. Located in Ballantyne Village, Under the Grape is surrounded by other venues and hot-spots of the burgeoning uptown area.
