About me:

Sold my house, my car, and quit my job to head down to Belize. My wife, myself, and my 2 1/2 year old daughter live in the middle of the rainforest and teach at an 80 students school in Gallon Jug, Belize. Feeling pretty rich right about now!

This is a tough subject for me, but Spanish will be learned...Now that its on Matador its gotta happen, right?

I felt the most immersed in a foreign culture when:

I kinda thrive off of immersing myself in foreign culture, almost to the point that I forget how comfortable my own culture can be....The answer is all the time!

Why I travel:

To immerse myself in foreign culture...I realize that's cheating, but its true. I travel to learn, and I guess I travel to teach.

Somehow I have transitioned from calling the Bay Area my home to calling Philadelphia, or PhilTHadelphia, my home. Just today, I was watching a little league soccer game and trash starting falling from the sky. Yes, trash! Apparently some motherfucker decided to throw their trash out of their project...
