About me:

I have finished University now and I am just waiting for September to finally get here then I will be off! I have a wall covered with travel plans, maps, to-do lists and a bookshelf filled with travel guides. Hopefully I will be ready when September comes.

I love to cook, I jump at the chance to taste the foods from other cultures. Jerk Chicken cooked by a Jamaican on a stall in London. German wild pig sausage in the Christmas markets. Snails in an amazing garlic sauce in a small French restaurant looking out over the sea. Paella in a remote sea-side town in Southern Spain. The list goes on, and will hopefully continue to grow.
Outside of food I am a biologist and will get fascinated by anything relating to genetics.

Discussing the love live of a stall owner in the Christmas Markets in Gottingen, Germany.

Why I travel:

I want to see the world. Obvious really. I have rarely left my own country and feel there is so much more to see than my limited perspective has allowed me so far.

Ideal place to watch the sunset:

A remote lake in Germany, after the sun had gone down the moon would slowly rise above the mountians and shooting starts would fly overhead.
