I'm fired up on:

I love kayaking and Rugby, I have recently taken up Tae Kwon Do which is fast becoming an obsession, I really enjoy working alongside communities and with local projects to with all areas of life from environmental awareness to helping their standards of living and I also have a great love of photography which I express myself with as best as possible.

Newton Faulkner, Dire Straits, local favourites which I pick as I go along, Jamie T, Damien Rice, Jose Gonzales, Metallica and anything to get you fired up!

Travel style:

I love to start off with an open mind and no realy plans, I'll pick up on the rough direction I want to follow and stay at each place for however long I feel, I don't like any pressure to do anything while I travel!

Tae Kwon Do, Kayaking, Mountain Biking, Fencing, Rugby

I felt the most immersed in a foreign culture when:

Living in Kasigau in southern Kenya, we lived on the highest point of the village on the side of a mountain! The people we met and the things we did there I will always remember! It was certainly a huge wake up call for me and my friends!

Why I travel:

I travel because I believe it is the best way to get the most out of your life if it because you embrace other cultures and see how they really live or wether you learn to slow down and enjoy the here and now.
