About me:

I'm an aspiring anthropologist, a photographer, and a writer. Well, you probably are, too, if you are on Matador. So we do what we do because we love it, and it keeps us alive. I love speaking Spanish, climbing mountains, discovering cities, dancing (AH, DANCING), eating strange foods...you understand me. I know you do.

Travel style:

I like to do research projects while I travel. I like to travel alone. I prefer to go by land whenever possible, so I see the world changing before my eyes. I am a Couch Surfer, and I've found it's a wonderful way to meet people who don't like the hostel "home away from home" scene.

oh, where to start. showing through academic research how globalization is f-ing up the world. not being an excessive consumer. trying new ideas and meeting different people. challenging my own perceptions of the world. being happy. sharing love with others. recycling. not using a car.

I felt the most immersed in a foreign culture when:

I got myself a super Argentine haircut... I must say, I look hot with a female mullet!

Why I travel:

I blame it on my gypsy blood. Really, it's because I want to live a life less ordinary, and experience all that this world has to offer, and spread my love all over the path I take around the globe.
