Hello,
I'm moving to Melbourne in Jan to find work on a work visa. I'm wondering if you know how easy it is to find a job and what the work environment is like in Melbourne concerning resumes etc. Thanks and have fun in LA, it's an exciting and overwhelming city :)

Hello I'm new to the community as well. I am planning a trip to Australia in January. I'm looking for suggestions on places to go and things to see in Sydney from people who have been there or live there not from a travel guide.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Any great local advice you can give someone who is planning on relocating to Australia. I'm interested to know if you've been to Rockhampton & Mackay. Sydney is too city and impersonal for me, Cairns is entirely too hot and humid and I'm looking for beach town with good surf on the coastal side (east) of the island. Any help you could provide would be great. Thanks.
