Travel has come to me late in life but I love it all the more for the wait. I plan on moving to Europe for about a year to travel around. It's the only way I can think to save on airfare! Actually, I've wanted to live in Europe since I learned there was a Europe. My granddaughter is only 7, but the day she says, "Granna, you don't have to walk in with me." I will start selling what little I own and packing my bags.

In the meantime I make and sell unique, handcrafted artisan jewelry on my RubyLane webpages. Working with the sparkling colored gemstone beads and glistening silver and gold is rewarding. Knowing that people around the world are wearing and enjoying my work is awesome and inspiring.

With lots of free time I am trying my hand at writing. It would be perfect to live a year in Europe, write about it, sell the article to pay for the journey. Wish me luck, please.
