An ecclectic mix of Punk Rock (mostly old 70s but some newer 90s stuff too), Underground Hip Hop, Grunge era music, Classics such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Jimi Hendrix and The Doors, Bob Marley, Fiona Apple, Leonard Cohen, The Cramps and, at times, some opera.

Travel style:

By myself always is a preference, but there is something to be said for sharing new experiences with your best friend or family member. I have toted my mom along a few times :) And I usually travel between 2 weeks - 2 months at a time. Less time is cheating myself!

Why I travel:

Travel is my drug of choice. Why? The feeling of freedom, the experience of new cultures, visiting ancient sites, the history lessons (I'm a museum whore), and I thrive on the challenge of being on my own, outside of my comfort zone, where I am forced to experience new things.

On the boat from Aegina back to Piraeus, Greece with the birds trailing behind
