Favorite places I've been:
Deep on the Hoh rain forest~ The Amalfi Coast, Rome, Menaggio,Venice, Florence/Italy~ Body surfing in Manuel Antonio, cliff diving in Monteczuma/Costa Rica~ hiking in Khao Sok national park, chillin in Krabi/Thailand~ The Bayon/Cambodia~ Saigon! Seattle! The Cascade Mountains and the Hood Canal. But most of all in the arms of my Wife!!

Places I want to go to:
to da moon and everywhere under the sun,
the list of where I don't want to go would be more appropriate;aah...give me a second...
Well next adventure will see me in either Turkey, India, or Spain...

About me:
Discovered at 21, sleeping under a shrub in Sicily that I wanted to travel for the rest of my life.
Discovered at 23, on my wedding day what it means to want to live forever. Also, while witnessing a tide pool fill in Monteczuma Josh stands in wonder for all of the Earth, he sees, in short, the face of God. This realization that the more places I go, wonders I behold, the more people I meet I am further witnessing Gods unfolding creation. Interesting since I don't exactly believe in God. And at 25, realizes that I is made to walk the Earth
I love to write, read, blog, shoot video, photograph, converse, and create. I want to establish a global community with the aim of gleaning knowledge from each other, supporting each other in our endeavors. I want ours to be the generation that turns this thing around. VivA I can see it! Victory!

hey! thanks for contacting me. I'm probably the only person in Seattle who doesn't drink coffee, but I'd be up for a gathering in a coffee shop where I can purchase a not-coffee drink.

Day three.

San Francisco glimmers.

Deanna and Diego greet us with hugs and beer and salami and cheese. Let me tell you, finding a suitable place to park a 21 foot camper/rv in Frisco is no small feat.

San Fran holds a special place, thanks in great part to Deanna, who over the years never waivers in her...

The road leading to Crater lake is deserted and snow, crusted and piled, hems  in close. Grandpa leans towards the glass to read each sign, this is before I learned to read signs aloud after dark.
“What the hell does that say?”

Tentatively we turned around several times before we settle...
