Favorite places I've been: Victoria Falls and along the Zambezi River; Hong Kong (the Giant Buddha in Lantau and Victoria Harbour); India; Big Sur and along the coast between San Francisco and Los Angeles; San Francisco, New York; Kyoto; Canada; Naples Florida; it's all good.

About me: Like all of us, I am on a path of Self Discovery to find out who I am, why I am here and what is my purpose. I think I took a left at the lights and ended up in the wrong galaxy because it seems to be taking an inordinate amount of time to find my co-ordinates :) We are all Spirit Beings, learning to be Human and how to blend both, how to be Whole and Complete in this Physical Dimension. People often say "move out of your own way" and I understand the concept but it is difficult to do. "Let Go", "Surrender", "Trust" but it's a find line between rolling over and playing dead and allowing Spirit to flow through us in a conscious way. I still haven't worked it out but I bless the journey and where it is taking me and the glimmer of light I see each day. Each day we are the best we can be right now. This moment is the culmination of the journey so far, so perhaps we can take a breath, relax and feel ok about it all. I am learning how to Be and just do what we do, to be authentic and true.
