Favorite places I've been: Iceland, New Zealand, Vietnam, Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Costa Rica, Spain, Italy (including Sardinia), England, Canada, Mexico. In the United States, I've traveled all over the West, through a lot of the Southern states, and a bit of the East Coast. I recently took Amtrak from California to New York.
Places I want to go to: I have a thing for islands and island nations. I hanker for a trip to Cuba, the Greek isles, the Azores, Mauritius, Sicily, Cape Verde, etc. But I'll go just about anywhere.
