Favorite places I've been: PATAGONIA; Santiago, Chile; Nova Scotia; Leland, MI; the Australian Outback New Orleans, LA, and ATL.
Places I want to go to: Anywhere and everywhere. I don't discriminate. If pressed, I'd say Norway, Greece, Israel, Tanzania, Nepal, Thailand, New Zealand, western Australia, western Canada, and all of Latin America. Even though I have developed an intense aversion to the cold, I would explore Patagonia forever. I am also dying to hike the Continental Divide Trail and travel on the Trans-Siberian Railway.
About me: I love a good book (or an issue of National Geographic), runner's high, and talking about religion, politics, and bathroom humor at the dinner table with family and friends. Most of my favorite foods make my breath smell. I can be a hardcore introvert; I don't like people, but I do really love them. I am never bored but am often restless. I am endlessly fascinated by the variousness of human experience and hopelessly (maybe hopefully) dedicated to finding instances of interconnectedness between all things.
