I love to travel with a friend or group of friends. I have traveled alone before, but that is nothing compared to sharing such amazing experiences with someone. I've done the hotel scene with a travel group and have done the hostel scene. Honestly if the people are like-minded in a hostel, there is nothing like it!

I felt the most immersed in a foreign culture when:

I played pick-up soccer (football) in Hyde Park, on exclusive Viennese football pitch, on the beach in Nice. Drinking a pint of Guinness watching Chelsea v. Arsenal @ The Friend At Hand. Sharing a half-chicken meal with Ashley in Nice with a McDonald's at the end of the street.

Ideal place to watch the sunset:

Point Lobos State Park. Lake Mendota (Madison, WI)

Before I die I'd like to:

visit Emperor Hadrian's villa. Get married. Have children. Be a grandpa. Touch as many lives in a positive way as possible.
