Heyy Gypsy...

Nice blogs. I was in Calcutta last year (you still call it Calcutta, nice :-) and plan to write a small piece on the street food.... I couldn stay for very long so probably ended up missing quite a lot. Plan to come there later this year to see what I missed. btw do you know that place where we get doodh thumbs-up????

Hello!

I was just randomly browsing and fell on your profile while reading some blogs :) Nice writing!

I have yet to visit India and it might be sooner than I think (as soon as I get bored of eurotriping).

It's also nice to see someone taking time to visit her own country!

Good luck!
Cheers,

Daniel

I'm heading to NZ in a month, actually! I'm getting really excited. I was in India last winter and am already starting to miss it!

As I felt the crowd propelling me into the train compartment in spite of myself, I looked back one last time to see my best friend looking half amused and half like a mother hen that has just seen its chick walking off on its own for the first time. It was a split second glimpse before I was...

The twenty fifth began in a haze of sleeplessness, adrenaline and the upcoming exam syllabus mixing up inside my head. Five am saw me bleary eyed and reading through the Iliad for my last semester examination. I got to University really early. There was a gentle rain which made the pond in the front...
