I've learned that no matter how great it looks on paper to always trust your gut and that there is way more gray than I even suspected in my open mind before. I called myself out a few months ago by recognizing that I claim to love travel (or covet it rather) yet had not been making it a priority. So, I left my job on November 3rd and have been working as a freelancer as a means to end: make as much money as possible and save it to travel. I know I will be gone starting in September, but hopefully sooner.

I love to read, have a horrible memory, a penchant for all Asian fare, can't stop fantasizing about all the cities I want to see, note every day how great it feels to not work in a cubicle, and spend as many days in the mountains as possible.
