Expert Ghana

In 2000, I studied abroad in Ghana at University of Ghana, Legon. Since then, I have continued my studies in West African art history first as an undergraduate art historian at Santa Clara Univeristy and then as a graduate student at UC Santa Barbara. I focus mostly on modern and contemporary visual culture including advertisements, photographs, and postcards in post-independent Ghana c. 1957 onward. While there are certainly more experts than myself in this area, I am happy to offer traveling advice, living advice, and academic advice- as I just finished my MA in art history with an emphasis on Ghanaian visual culture.
