About me:
Chilled Out, Fired up, and Curious. I have been fortunate to have lived and worked on 3 Continents and have traveled to a lot of places. But I have a problem, I just want to see more and learn more. Languages and their barriers are a communication puzzle I enjoy figuring out and piecing together. I'm temporarily confined to a bland cubicle but I'm surrounded by the greastest city in the world. I silently tap my toe waiting for the day when I can feel the jet jag in my bones and the smell of fresh ink in my passport. I ski, play soccer, saute and flambe, take photos, rock out now and again, and I try to learn something every day.

Hello there,
That's cool that you guys just moved to Barcelona. Do you have jobs there or what's your purpose? It's a gorgeous city no doubt, but I've had a tough time landing a job (without working papers).
I did manage to find a really nice family to live with as Au Pair, but after about a month and a half of housecleaning and empty job searches, I decided to move out. So now I'm living on a WWOOF farm an hour south.
Oh, and do you know anything about getting extensions to the general 90 days stay you receive upon entering this part of Europe?

Hey! I'm going to be studying in Siena, Italy over the summer and Ben recommended I get in touch with you for some tips.

Any tips on Italy?
Thanks!

A harmonious exchange of cultures or remnants of long enduring tribal rivalary?

That is what i ask myself when i step over a drunkenly unconscious scotish man sprawled out in the middle of the Rambla Catalunya here in Barcelona, Spain. He dreams of glory and championship while clad...

Rant: The TSA, Transporation Security Administration has lost its ability to function effectively and its policies and procedures are so ridiculous that it pains me deeply that so many travelers(both US citizens and Guests to our country) witness their shortcomings everyday. With no oversight and...

Hear ye, hear ye. Today marks the end of the glorious year, 2006. What a year it has been! I've step foot in 5 countries, skied in 2 of them and been close to black-out wasted in all 5. I've seen pristine nature from a desolate beach to the heights of numerous alpine precipices. However, I feel like...
