About me:

I am a certified Nutrition Educator and MA in Holistic Health Education candidate. When I'm not out traveling, I am choreographing hip-hop routines or hanging out with my mostly Indian, and very happy, bhangra dance troupe. I meditate on a semi-regular basis, and incorporate it into my nutrition practice.

I'm fired up on:

Dance, dance, and more dance (hip-hop, anyone?). Writing fiction, non-fiction and everything in between. Living holistically.

I enjoy traveling by myself, but staying with friends. I am both comfortable laying my head down in a snazzy, upscale hotel room and sleeping on a mat in the desert.

you would love the hippy town of Makawao on the island of Maui, and Hanalei on Kauai ...they seem to be Meccas for Holistic-Healer types... full of interesting characters for you to interview!
