Hello Christine...sorry that I haven't written you back. I am not qualified to answer your question about he Sacred way, but when I have more time I may give it a whirl. As to the flowers, yes, they smell lovely, and the red wine so far is terrible, not really a fan of Greek wine I have found out. I am home soon and looking forward to Canadian food, my bed and my dogs company. I hope you are doing well and having a great summer.
