About me:

I am a yoga teacher, massage therapist, musician, sound healer, surfer & travel writer. I am addicted to traveling...and chocolate (well, sweets in general). I am fanatical about my passions (of which traveling is the main). I just moved to Hawaii to fulfill a dream to live green in the land of Aloha. Before that i lived in Vancouver, Canada for six years & originally many years in the Seattle area.

Travel style:

I traveled 22 months the past 29 months to fulfill another dream - the around the world trip thing! I wasnt going to wait around for a girlfriend willing & able so took off on the amazing solo journey & pilgrimage abroad for the adventure of a lifetime! I travel heavy (with laptop, camera, etc..) and stay in places 1-2 months minimum generally, sometimes 6 months if i am studying yoga or volunteering.

Continuing to teach yoga, meditation & give massage & healing work. Also humanitarian aid by volunteering & even part-time/full-time work throughout my life. And travel writing that inspires people to move & shake & wake the heck up to enjoy more of life!

I felt the most immersed in a foreign culture when:

I was living with a Nepalese family in the middle of nowhere north of Pokhara in the mountains, teaching English at a small village school for one month. So immersed that I was eating rice & spice for breakfast!

To inspire myself, expand, explore & learn about this amazing planet Earth we call home!
