Remember, if your trying to stay at a hotel in Munich between September 16 to Oct. 3. It's good to book ahead of time, but for us we were just traveling on through. You might want to try and find a youth hostel or else your gonna spend a good deal of money on a nice hotel for the night. The main area with Beer Tents is called Threisenweise and the best way to get there and i think only way is by taking the metro, because by the end of the night from drinkin your not gonna want to drive or walk a great deal back to your hostel. The beer is once in a lifetime and they only brew it during Oktoberfest, so if you want to try it, you gotta go there.
