Writers Block

I thought some of you travel writers might find some amusement from this short paragraph where a writer is arguing with a blank paper because of writer's block.

You stare me blankly in the face. Taunting me like a coconut chocolate treat. “Do with me as you wish,” you think to me. “Eat me, squish me, throw me out, use me to make someone’s day.” A clean slate tearing my mind to pieces, blocking all thoughts. Nothing gets in and nothing gets out, emptiness. You make me drift on a sea brink, a sea made of tears. Boldly I attempt to take you, I rush to you with enthusiasm only to be shut down with that glare of white. Again I try and again I am defeated. You have turned into my worst enemy my most feared assailant. I will control you and outwit you. I will find my creativity once again and take your blank white world and give you the color of the written language.
