First things first, sorry I have not posted on here enough. This is one of my favorite sites for inspiration, but someimes daily life gets to you.

   My thoughts over the last year have jump between just hitting the road with my backpack, or cycling around the US. Every once and awhile i will remember that i still have a sailboat here in Key West, Florida. My friend was living on it and wanted to keep it, so i didn't think about the boat much. Just recently she tired of living on a sailboat and gave it back to me. Now i am living on it again and enjoying every moment.

   Now that i have a sailboat again, my travel plans have switched to sailing somewhere. The where will be determined once the boat is completly sail worthy.

   That brings me to why i am starting to post on my blog. Over the next six months i will be writing about the progress of fixing up Quest, my 1976 30ft Newport sailboat, and any adventure that comes along with it. The first challange is saving the money needed to fix her up(boats are not cheap). If you have ever wanted to buy a sailboat and live on it, keep an eye on my blog and hopefully my info will help you in pursuing your dream.
