Green Grass

Alright, that's better.  Spent last 3 days at the Sailing club in Herne Bay.  Grassy knolls right on the seaside, the first free standing clock tower (built in 1837) and communal showers... what could be finer.  At sunsets I feel often like I'll be sent to war soon, and then realize I'm not in hyperdramatic english war drama.  Taking the paddling a little more lightly these days as head winds won't leave us be, and haven't paddled last two days in a row, so really getting too comfortable in Herne Bay.  Meghan and I made some tuna surprise for the group last night.  Oh and today a few of us jumped in the ocean after 6 of us padded 400m to a better point so we could launch at 4am tomorrow morning.  Sunny cloudless days are all we've seen.  Tomorrow to Margate, a hell-hole from what the locals tell me, but mick jaggers parents had their 50th wedding anniversary there so how bad could it be.  Toodleooo
