So New Years was spent across the Arctic Circle in Sweden, and the 6 things I clearly remember are:

- Ice Hotel in Jukkasjärvi
- Moose (not deer) sighting, running across the road
- Eating and absolutely loving cheap caviar
- 5 types of fish in 1 sitting!
- 2 hours of sunlight a day!
- Not understanding a word of Svenska but loving it anyway
