You can get a delicious plate of a dozen New Zealand green mussles at a place called Papa Jake's on Elmwood Avenue (cross street Great Arrow, right across from the old Pierce Arrow building) for about six bucks. Other kinds of mussels and specials served, too, as well as burgers, etc. Bar's full of flavor, also, or you can eat outside, once the snow's gone. Look for the wine-colored awning.
