Right now Im sitting at the Paris airport. I just watched the flight I was supposed to be on board and leave before I noticed that I was waiting for the wrong gate... But at the place I was waiting there was a screen giving information on the flight i was taking and the waiting area for the flight I was supposed to be on had information for the next gate. No wonder the flight was boarding so much later than it said it would. I'm retarted. But I got my flight switched and now have a flight for 3 hours later. I had the airport call the Toulouse airport to let the Millmans' know. Great first impression. Maybe I will just say I was late due to security so I don't look like an idiot.
On the way from San Francisco I got no sleep. I was sitting with two french women and had no where to rest my head. Plus we escaped night by flying over Canada, Hudson Bay, and Greenland. It never got dark. I did get to watch "The Astronaut Farmer" and "Music and Lyrics" both of which ended as expected and were not fabulous, then the sex lives of the Alps mountain goat was on, in French. I didn't feel like reading so I did almost nothing for 9 hours. I got to the Paris airport and had to take a bus to the F terminal. I sat next to a huge black man with a passport from the Republic of the Congo. I was worried about getting through security on time for my flight but made it, yet managed to just not get on! All the staff at the airport are really nice and helpful. I still don't really know what I'm doing, not only about the flights, but who in their right mind would leave Grass Valley and all their friends the summer after their senior year? I miss everyone already!
