Our Mission:
Panya Project aims to be an integrated example of sustainable living, using earthen building, permaculture, organic gardening, yoga, meditation, music, dance, and lots of laughter, to bring balance to the lives of those involved, as well as bring about a better world.

What We Do:
Currently we are functioning as an education center, where we host permaculture workshops, and natural building internships. We are also hosting school kids for single day or week long events focused around sustainable living.

2008 Natural Building Internship: February 1st to April 1st Come join us for our two or three-month internship in natural building! The internship will be focused on the construction of an earthen building using adobe and "wattle and cob" natural building techniques. We are excited about the possibilities for the internship, and feel certain that the building we construct will be beautiful and functional. The process of design will bring with it a number of challenges and creative opportunities that the builders and interns will tackle during the spring of 2008.

I spent a month next door to Panya last winter. Believe me, the place is wonderful - far and away the best spot I found in all of Thailand. Christian and the other folks who live there couldn't be more friendly and sincere. It's a truly special destination. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
