We invite people into our community to volunteer their services by teaching English at one of ten under-funded government schools, to providing equal opportunity for all the children in our community. These schools have expressed a great need for English speaking teachers, but do not have the funding or resources to acquire them on their own. Our volunteers are anyone, over the age of 18, that expresses a desire to help and bring something unique to the Thai classroom. The volunteers not only teach English, a much needed skill for these children; they also create their own lesson plans based on individual skills and experience to create a more exciting learning environment.

Our organization also concentrates on the volunteer as well as the children, because volunteers are fundamental to how beneficial the experience will be for the children. In terms of the volunteers, our main aim is to create a safe environment in which the volunteer feels supported and well taken care of. We provide 24 hour support and have evening meals together so that volunteers can voice their questions and concerns as well as receive the answers and advice they need, daily. It also gives the volunteers a chance to discuss what they have learnt and encountered during their day at the schools. We help volunteers with their teaching, lesson planning and adjusting to living in a Thai community so they will be better able to focus on the truly important part of their stay, the children.
