I'm meeting a friend in Mexico during her spring break and she's flying in and out of Cancun. I'd love to explore this part of Mexico, but not in the Week of Massive Crowds and High Prices. Does anyone have any suggestions about places where we might avoid the "spring break crowd" without going all the way to Chiapas?
