That looks suspiciously like the theme for travelersnotebook.com. But I digress.
I guess the question is: do you just want to change the colors and graphics? Widgets in Wordpress make it pretty easy to adjust sidebars/content/etc., and there was a great article on that--ironically--in on thetravelersnotebook
I do graphics, and I understand domain name registration and setup. I fall just shy of calling myself a "web designer", but I'm familiar with wordpress, CSS, HTML, MySQL and other web-related acronyms. Shoot me a PM with your goals and I'll see if I can help.

It is the same theme the Notebook uses, but my understanding is that it's pretty adaptable. I followed the instructions for downloading, etc. but couldn't run it.
