We staff most of our trips with volunteers and always need help from volunteer instructors on rock climbing, surfing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snorkeling, river rafting, camping and backpacking trips. If you are not proficient in any of these we can still use your help on the trips with logistical support in the following areas: program support, board members, fundraising, photography, grant writing and research, accounting, legal, hosting events, marketing, and website editing.

All of our volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and pass a livescan background check. To volunteer on outdoor trips current CPR and First-Aid Certification are required. Outdoor activity proficiency, experience working with at-risk youth, and spanish speaking skills are a plus but are not a requirement.
